Works alright for the most part, but something changed within the past month or so, and the application now crashes anytime I try to open the "My Rewards" section. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing to fix it. EDIT: It's been two months since I reported the issue above and nothing has been done to fix it. Changing my rating from 3-Stars to 1-Star for poor customer service from LevelUp.

Doesn't work right. App crashes, menu not updated. When i finally got an order places I had trouble submitting my payment info. just decided to pick-up at the location and didn't have oneof my items.At least I got something and a gift card for the trouble. App definitely has bugs, just stick with waitr or a platform that works. Online/ app ordering is easier when needing to make modifications to food

This app told me my order had gone through, and gave me a time of 15 minutes. I got to the store 15 minutes later and they had no order. Yes, I had the right location selected. I will never attempt again.
